Project Story Located within a hotel in Antalya, this à la carte steak house was designed to offer guests more than a dining experience — creating a distinctive atmosphere shaped by material, light and warmth. The concept takes its inspiration from one of the most essential elements of steak house culture: fire. Its warmth, intensity and character became the foundation of the interior, expressed through natural textures, deep tones and carefully layered lighting. Wood, natural stone and metal details were combined to create an environment that feels strong yet balanced. The natural character of each material was preserved, while warm and controlled lighting enhances the restaurant’s atmosphere throughout the evening. While maintaining a visual connection with the overall identity of the hotel, the restaurant was designed to establish its own distinctive character. The layout was carefully developed around the à la carte dining experience, balancing circulation, comfort, privacy and visual connection between different areas. The result is a sophisticated and inviting restaurant that translates the warmth and character of steak house culture into a timeless contemporary hospitality interior.
